ໃນລະຫວ່າງ ວັນທີ 10-12 ກໍລະກົດ 2023, ສະມາຄົມສົ່ງເສີມສຸຂະພາບຄອບຄົວ (ສສສຄ) ໄດ້ມີການຈັດກອງປະຊຸມຝຶກອົບຮົມພາຍໃນຂຶ້ນ ຢູ່ທີ່ຫ້ອງການ ສສສຄ ກ່ຽວກັບການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ. ຈຸດປະສົງແມ່ນເພື່ອ ເພີ່ມຄວາມຮູ້ ແລະ ຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈເລື່ອງ “ ການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ Social Enterprise” ໃຫ້ກັບພະນັກງານ ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ຮັບການ ສະໜັບສະໜູນ ທີມຄູຝຶກ ຈາກ ສະຫະພັນວາງແຜນຄອບຄົວສາກົນ (IPPF) ໄດ້ແກ່ ທ່ານ ຣິດຊີເກດແຊນ, ຜູ້ຊ່ວຍອໍານວຍການການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ ແລະ ທ່ານ ເອ. ແອລ ມາຈູລາ ຈັນທະຣາງກາ, ຜູ້ໃຫ້ຄໍາປຶກສາດ້ານວິຊາການ ການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ. ນໍາພາທີມເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ, ກ່າວຕ້ອນຮັບ ແລະ ເປີດກອງປະຊຸມໂດຍ ທ່ານ ດຣ ສຸພົນ ໄຊຍະວົງ ຜູ້ອຳນວຍການ ສສສຄ ພ້ອມດ້ວຍພະນັກງານ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມທັງໝົດ 13 ທ່ານ (ຍິງ 08 ທ່ານ). ລະຫວ່າງນັ້ນ, ໄດ້ມີການນໍາສະເໜີ ສະພາບລວມ ຂອງປະເທດ, ຄວາມເປັນມາ, ພາບລວມ ສສສຄ ລວມ ທັງ ແຜນງານດ້ານການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ ແລກປ່ຽນກັບຊ່ຽວຊານ ແລະ ພາບລວມ ການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ ຂອງ IPPF, ແນວຄວາມຄິດພື້ນຖານ ກ່ຽວກັບການຈັດຕັ້ງ ການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ, ຂັ້ນຕອນ ລວມ ໄປເຖິງການສ້າງແຜນ ທຸລະກິດ (Business Plan). ພາຍຫລັງ ການຝຶກອົບຮົມ ເຫັນໄດ້ວ່າ ພະນັກງານ ສສສຄ ໄດ້ມີຄວາມຮູ້ ແລະ ຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈ ການຄ້າເພື່ອສັງຄົມ ລວມໄປເຖິງ ເຫັນຄວາມສຳຄັນ ຂອງມັນຫຼາຍຂຶ້ນ. ນອກຈາກນີ້ ທັງສອງທ່ານ ຍັງໄດ້ຢ້ຽມຢາມ ຫ້ອງການ ແລະ ຫ້ອງໃຫ້ຄໍາປຶກສາ ສສສຄ ນໍາ.

During July 10-12, 2023, the Promotion of Family Health Association (PFHA) held the internal training session at the FHA office on Social Enterprise. The purpose is to increase the knowledge and understanding of the staff on Social Enterprise which received the support from the Family Planning Association of Sri Lanka, the member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) led by . Mr. Rishikeshan Thiyagaraja (Assistant director SE) and Mr. A.L Manjula Chanthauranga (Technical Advisor SE)
. Welcomed and opened remark by Dr Souphon Sayavong, Executive Director with a total of 13 staff (08 women). During the session, there was a presentation of the country’s overview, the background, the overview of PFHA, including the program of Social Enterprise in exchange with experts as well as learning on the overview of IPPF’s Social Enterprise, the basic concept, step of Social Enterprise and a business plan. After the training, the staff got more knowledge and understanding of Social Enterprise, including seeing its importance. In addition, both of them also visited the office and counseling room of PFHA.
